Ecobliss Blisterproducts has replaced its existing colour proofing system by a new up to date Colour Proofing System. The Kodak Matchprint Inkjet 800 Colour Proofing System uses an Epson SP9800 Printer to create controlled full colour prints.
Prior to producing a colour proof the Ecobliss prepress department creates a certified pdf of the art work file. This way all common mistakes in art work files are detected and repaired. More and more customers as well as the printing industry use the system of certified pdf’s for art work file approval and transfer. Using one universal method to proof and print from the same data drastically reduces the chance of unexpected end results.
The certified pdf file of the art work is printed using the standard ISO 12647-2 FOGRA 27 colour profile resulting in certified colour proofs that are delivered to the customers. A customer approving a certified proof will receive end products of which the actual print matches the proof for colour as well as for content. This of course within the standard process and material related margins.
