The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications are international standards which oblige a process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system. Where ISO 9001 focuses on a management system for customer satisfaction, ISO 14001 focuses on management of continuous environmental improvement.
